Yesterday, I had the pleasure of dining at **La Bottega della Pizza**, and I must say it was a pleasant experience! Even though we ate outside, the atmosphere was very comfortable.
The pizza I ordered was truly tasty. The crust was airy and fluffy, which gave it a unique texture. The toppings were fresh and flavorful, and it was clear that a lot of care went into making the pizza.
What made it even better was the friendliness of the staff. They were attentive and ensured that we felt welcome, which definitely enhanced the experience.
Overall, it was a lovely evening with great pizza and a friendly atmosphere. I look forward to returning and trying more from the menu!- Type de repas

I think that making great pizza is very tricky, but this restaurant does it. My wife and I shared a pizza and a salad. The crust was light and perfectly cooked with the right balance of ingredients, and not too much cheese to bury the other flavours and crust. Another hidden gem of a side street in Brussels Sablon.

Apparently, you are not allowed to comment twice in the Google so my previous comment is below when I ordered the pizza at home. But I followed my suggestion and went to the restaurant… “It’s freaking amazing, the flavours are so special. We took the same pizzas as we order to our home.. the 4 cheese with cherry sauce, perfect match with heavy cheesy roll and little sourness in the tongue and tomato confit with fume notes… very special touch the regular pizzas that we used to.. And 2 owners making everything to make you happy… must try

The staff was really friendly and welcoming. The pizza was great! It would have been even better if pizzas were hotter. Recommended 👍 Edit: Thank you for answering my comment. But I obviously meant temperature of "cooked part of the pizza" not ruccola or cheese... 😅😅

Innanzitutto grazie per le 5 stelle. Nonostante tutto , vorrei farvi rendere conto di un piccolo dettaglio sul vostro commento sulla temperatura della pizza : vedendo la vostra foto si vede che avete scelto 2 pizze con ingredienti che non si posso cucinare al forno . La prima è una pizza burrata , entrambi gli ingredienti principali la burrata e i pomodorini si servono freddi sulla pizza .. e l’altra, la classica , con rucola , culatello , pomodorini , parmigiano, anche questi non possono essere cucinati 😅…

I am very surprised that this place does not have a higher rating - because taste wise this is one of the best pizzas I have tried and you can also taste that the ingredients are super fresh (pizza Regina is very highly recommended). While one of our pizzas had a tiny bit more salt (nothing too noticeable) I have to give 5/5 because this easily falls in my top pizza experiences.
The atmosphere may not be the best because it is on a busy street, but the restaurant has a great location is the heart of Sablon. We will come back!- Service

This place is super authentic run by very passionate Italians. Great for groups. Definitely try to get a seat outside and enjoy the 930pm sunset. The calzone I got was comically large and delicious.

Very nice cozy place. It is situated on a quite street, where you sit in the shadow. I ordered calzone, it was amazing, definitely recommend trying it and other pizzas too. I think you can order one pizza for 2 people it should be enough to get full. You can also ask for takeaway. The staff was also really nice. Definitely will come back

The best place to eat the best pizza not only in Brussels but the whole country. I’ve been there many times as being local and never published so here we go! They won many national contest as well! Go there eyes closed and mouth open to taste their amazing pizzas ❤️.

Really good pizza (maybe a bit on the cheesy side but I enjoy cheese)! True napoleatana style, service was convincing and fast - had a lovely time there. P.S. Sanitary situation to be improved - toilet rings would be a great add on to not have pee spreaded everywhere and maybe light could help the situation as well
The pizza is truly nice, one of my favourite place in Brussels! Friendly staff, nice place and honest prices!

I think they're okay, they just sometimes struggle a bit to cope when it's really busy. But they are nice and the pizzas are really worth it...
